Founder and CEO John Florian relocated to the Triangle from the Washington Metropolitan area in 1992. Having worked as Direction of Operation for The Donohoe Companies for thirteen years, Florian brings unparalleled experience to the Raleigh area. Florian’s projects include hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, restaurants, office complexes, multifamily residential and various mixed use developments totaling over 250 million dollars in construction costs. Florian combines his large scale project experience within a more personalized, service oriented company environment.
